New BBQ Trailer - Is looking good and ready for a trial.  Big thank you to Graham Perkins for all his effort coordinating this for the club. The new trailer will provided extra functionality for us eg running water, hot water, double sink, power 12 and 24 v power, 3 gas bottles and heaps of storage.  Only thing left to sort out it the Rotary Signage - this should be worked out soon. Graham displayed the trailer at Rotary on Wednesday night.

Help!!!!  Each time the committees meet could someone be nominated to provide a small article for the bulletin on what was discussed so that it can be shared with others.  This would be really helpful.  Thanks.
Exchange Student from Germany.  Erik will be arriving on the 28th July@5.30am surprise we are all looking forward to sharing time with Erik.  Please let John know if you can help out during Erik's visit - family trip, excursion anything you can think of that would be interesting to Erik. John will be managing a diary so you can slot your activity in. Erik will be going to the Lutheran College.
Entertainment Book/Memberships.
You will soon receive an email from Paul via Cheryle which will be promoting the Entertainment Books and Memberships. Your purchase of an Entertainment Membership contributes to our fundraising. Help us achieve our goal by sharing the link below with your friends and family. Thanks for your support!  See Paul for more details.
House of Angels - update.  Don't forget to consider participating in the $100 per year House of Angels fundraising program. Could you also promote this program to your family and friends to see if we can get as many sponsors as we can.  (See Cheryle, Leon or Dawn for details.) This is a fantastic way to help Dawn and April with the on-costs for supporting the children in Coffee Bay.
The Rotary trip to visit House of Angels in August is getting closer.  17 suitcases full of donations, including some computers  were picked up by the group last Sunday.  The Board has confirmed that it will fund $2000 for the 're-roofing of the rondavels' project (see pic below - for the challenge we are facing) and $500 for some play ground equipment.  Angel is helping us to identify some locals who are experienced in the re-roofing project.  This will help enormously and we will be able to pay them fair wages.  April has been busy liaising with Angel to sort out all of the details of the trip.  Dale and Lisa from Belmont Rotary have sourced computers and soccer balls. Great job - thanks! So if we get bored at the airport we will be right.  It's all happening.  We will keep you posted.
Peter Codd will be away for several weeks on holiday.  Lesley Goode has kindly offered to step in as Club Secretary in Peter's absence. Thanks Lesley.
