'whoozin' is an app that enables us to collect RSVP's to events and meetings in a very easy accessible way. It provides a report for simple administration of these events. Jordy will be sending you whoozin invites via email. It is important to know that you have to reply to whoozin to be included in the catering numbers for the meeting or event being advertised. You are not automatically counted in - you have to reply. Please respond to whoozin invites as quickly as possible and no later than the Tuesday before the event. If you do not have access to email - please respond to Rice Village in the usual way. If you have any questions about whoozin please discuss with Jordy or Cookie. If you are unable to access 'whoozin' please remember to inform RICE VILLAGE by Tuesday prior to the meeting if not attending to stop food waste and the unnecessary effort our volunteers. Check blue book for the number or use the app! |
