          Thanks to all members friends & partners who attended our very pleasant joint meeting with Torquay.

          A special thanks to Barb, without her help and co-operation we would have had a couple of very embarrassing moments.

          Thank you to all the Torquay members who attended, great to see you and we look forward to seeing you next year.

 

            Emily and Lachlan your dedication and commitment are wonderful to see, you have taken on an extremely difficult, often heart breaking task in a remote isolated place. As you said there are a few times when you wonder if it is worth it but you continue on, admirable.

            This week is a club night, lets’ talk about membership for a while, if anyone has any ideas it would be good to hear them, THIS IS THE NUMBER ONE ISSUE FOR OUR CLUB.

             Pres. Lesley from Torquay spoke about the Dave Thornton concert at Buckleys on Feb. 18^th and their club Motor Show Feb. 12^th .

             Maggie Isom has invited us to a musical night at Barwon Heads, details in the Bulletin.  

            Had an email from Lara, their golf day is Friday Feb. 24^th at Lara Golf Club. 7.30 registration, 8 shotgun start, $70.00 per head.
