President's Ponderings
Thank you everyone for attending the Change Over Dinner and participating in so many ways.  Congratulations and thanks to Greg and Paul for their work in guiding the Club over the last 12 months. Well done! Everyone appeared to enjoy themselves.
Congratulations to Leon on his nomination as the Barry Rogers Rotarian of the Year - an award created in memory of Barry Rogers - Charter President in 1979.  If we had a shared award Roseanne would have qualified too.  President Paul inducted Phil Vernon into the Club. Great to see you and Debbie back in the Club.

Next meeting we have Amanda Hough from the Torquay Club talking about Interplast. She always inspires us with stories of their activities. We also have Daniel Koneski giving a short report on his experiences attending RYLA back in April.

On the 26th June, there is a special Farewell for Erik Schuh night.  Erik flies home to Germany on the 4th July, so we all want to say goodbye. He has been a fantastic exchange student and we will miss his bubbling personality. Partners welcome - please provide numbers to Jordan.

If anyone is interested in attending the three Rotary Leadership Seminars to be held later in the year, applications close on June 30th.  Please see me for details.
I look forward to working with everyone to ensure Rotary connects to the world this year.
