Fundraising Report

Our committee discussed our upcoming BBQ, s at both Aldi and Bunnings and so far have had great support.

Also this weekend we have 10 members and some partners volunteering for marshalling at the Cadel Evans bike ride and this should raise $500 for the Club.

Also discussed was the upcoming dinner auction Friday the 14^th of October, we felt that we need to get some emails out to many of our donors and a few extra ones before the end of June to make sure we can get allotted some items in this financial year, as has been the experience over the last few years that we missed out, also more & more companies want us to apply on line, over the next few weeks we will put out a request to each member for names of companies they think we should apply to for some auction items.

Also discussed was again having a weekly raffle to help raise some funds with a bit of an enjoyable twist on it.
